1. Services Provided

    •    I (Alice) am a FEDANT-accredited antenatal and Hypnobirthing instructor based in Peterborough.

    •    My Services include antenatal courses, Hypnobirthing sessions, and pregnancy relaxation classes.

    •    These sessions provide education, tools, and emotional support to help you prepare for birth and early parenthood. They are not medical advice and should be used alongside your usual midwifery or medical care.

    •    All course materials, recordings, and resources provided are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

2. Booking & Payment

    •    Your place is secured once your booking form and full payment have been received.

    •    Bookings are confirmed via email. Please check your details carefully at the time of booking.

    •    Payment is due in full prior to the start of your course or session unless otherwise agreed.

    •    I reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received in time.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Please refer to the terms and conditions on the Glofox App

    •    If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

    •    If I have to cancel a course or session (for example, due to illness, low numbers, or venue issues), you will be offered:

    •    A place on a future course or session, or

    •    A full refund.

    •    If an in-person session cannot go ahead as planned (for example, due to weather or venue closure), I may move the session online where appropriate.

4. Missed Sessions

    •    For multi-week courses, if you miss a session I will do my best to provide catch-up materials or a brief summary, but I cannot guarantee an alternative date or refund.

    •    For one-off or private sessions, less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling may result in the session being forfeited.

5. Health & Responsibility

    •    You are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout the sessions. If you feel unwell or unsure about participating, please pause and seek medical advice.

    •    If you have any health conditions or pregnancy complications that may affect your participation, please let me know before your session.

    •    My classes are designed to complement — not replace — care from your midwife, GP, or consultant.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

    •    My Services are educational and supportive in nature. While I aim to help you feel more informed and confident, I cannot guarantee any specific birth outcome.

    •    Every pregnancy and birth is unique, and I cannot accept responsibility for any decisions or experiences that arise from the information provided.

    •    All materials and discussions are for general information only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

7. Intellectual Property

    •    All course content, resources, and materials remain my intellectual property.

    •    You are welcome to use them for your own personal reference, but they must not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

    •    Your personal information is handled in line with my Privacy Policy (available separately on my website).

    •    By booking, you agree to receive course-related communications such as booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

    •    You can opt out of promotional emails at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

    •    I reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in place at the time of your booking will apply to your agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
