Hi, I’m Alice
I’m a mummy to two little girls, and we live in Peterborough with my husband Alex.
My own birth experience left me feeling let down — uninformed, unheard, and unsure of my choices. I felt like no one was on my side, advocating for me. My husband tried, but he knew as little as I did. If I’d known then what I know now about pregnancy, birth options, and your rights during birth, it would have made a huge difference. That experience inspired me to train in antenatal education and Hypnobirthing, so I could help other parents feel confident, prepared, and supported throughout their pregnancy and birth journey.
I trained with the Perinatal Academy in Antenatal Education and Hypnobirthing, learning from leading experts in the birth field to ensure I’m fully equipped to provide evidence-based guidance and practical pregnancy support. I’m passionate about helping parents understand their options, make informed decisions, and have a positive, empowering birth experience. Knowledge is power — the more you know, the more confident and in control you can feel in creating the birth experience that’s right for you.
I’m also a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter at Peterborough Hospital, volunteering with the NCT, offering guidance and encouragement to help parents feel confident and supported in feeding their babies.
I’m here to guide you through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood with clarity, calm, and confidence — helping you feel prepared, informed, and truly empowered every step of the way.
