These sessions are designed to help you:

Every session is unique — some include guest speakers or simple craft activities to enjoy while we chat and unwind. You don’t need any experience with Hypnobirthing or meditation — just come as you are, and enjoy an hour dedicated entirely to yo

What Makes My Sessions Different

I’m Alice, a FEDANT-accredited antenatal and Hypnobirthing instructor based in Peterborough, and a mum of two little girls.

After my own birth experience left me feeling let down and uninformed, I became passionate about helping others feel supported, knowledgeable, and calm during pregnancy.

My sessions are friendly, down-to-earth, and filled with warmth and laughter. There’s no pressure or awkwardness — just a cosy, welcoming space to relax, chat, and breathe.
