This independent, evidence-based antenatal course is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you prepare to welcome your baby. It’s a warm, relaxed space where your questions are always welcome, your choices are respected, and there’s absolutely no awkward role play.

You’ll learn about:

✨ How birth works and what to expect

✨ Medical care in birth, your rights, and making informed choices

✨ The fourth trimester—focusing on your physical and emotional recovery after birth, with space for partners to understand how best to support you

✨ Infant feeding—whatever your plans, with friendly support from a trained breastfeeding peer supporter

✨ Newborn care—gentle, practical tips for the early days

You’ll also be introduced to simple hypnobirthing techniques throughout the course—breathing, relaxation and mindset tools you can use however your birth unfolds.

This course is about connection as well as preparation. You’ll be invited to a relaxed postnatal meet-up, and there’s an optional WhatsApp group to help you stay in touch and build friendships with others at a similar stage.

Full Antenatal Course

Join us for a calming and supportive session designed to nurture both your mind and body during pregnancy. Each class begins with a gentle discussion on a key pregnancy or birth-related topic—such as managing common discomforts, understanding your body’s changes, or preparing for labour and birth. These conversations are informative, reassuring, and grounded in evidence-based guidance to help you feel more confident and connected to your pregnancy journey.

Following the discussion, we transition into a deeply relaxing guided session underpinned by hypnobirthing principles. Through breathing techniques, visualisations, and positive affirmations, you’ll learn to tap into your body’s natural ability to relax and feel calm—skills that can support you throughout pregnancy, labour, and beyond. Whether you’re new to hypnobirthing or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a peaceful space to unwind, reset, and prepare emotionally and mentally for birth.

No experience is necessary—just come as you are, and enjoy an hour dedicated entirely to your wellbeing.
